Product Knowledge Exchange (PKE)

Did you know the Product Knowledge Exchange (PKE) is one of GEDI's most frequently used features? You will find PKE under "Tech Support" in GEDI. This is where you will find answers to many of your product related questions. We've also made the login process easier. With PKE, you can:

• Quickly search for answers using key words, phrases, product type, etc.
• Find links to important Graco documents such as Instruction Manuals and Data Sheets.
• Submit product questions to Graco and receive an email answer.
• The database will grow through use, because questions and answers will be added when appropriate.
• The PKE is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
