HOW TO REPORT UNETHICAL OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT

Graco is committed to the highest ethical standards of business. Any suspected violation of the Conduct of Business Guidelines, or of any applicable law, will be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action taken.

If you know of, or suspect, a violation of Graco's Conduct of Business Guidelines, or a violation of any law, you should do one of the following:

Reports will be taken from any person, whether or not a Graco employee.

You may remain anonymous if you wish.

All reports of suspected violations will be thoroughly investigated. You will receive a response if possible and appropriate.

There will be no reprisals against any employee reporting a violation or suspected violation in good faith.
