("Graco") grants permission to _____________________________________ ("Partner") to use the Graco name, logo and other Graco trademarks ("Graco Trademarks") in the Partner Internet site for the purpose of linking to the Graco site. The conditions for use are as follows: (a) Partner understands and agrees that the Graco Trademarks are the property of Graco. No Graco copyrighted materials (images, text, etc.) may be used without express written permission. (b) The use of the Graco Trademarks shall be strictly limited to the Partner Internet site for the purpose of linking to the Graco site - no other use is permitted by Graco Inc. (c) Graco reserves the right to withdraw permission at any time. (d) Graco shall have right of prior review and approval of use of the Graco Trademarks. (e) Distributor shall not frame the Graco site but will only link directly.
