Contest Terms and Conditions
The sponsor of this contest is Graco Inc. (Sponsor), PO Box 1441, Minneapolis, MN 55440-1441. Qualifying entries who fill out the questionnaire completely will be automatically entered. This contest begins June 14, 2010 and ends June 18, 2010. All entries must be received during those dates. One (1) Graco jacket will be given away. The value is approximately $50.00 (US dollars). An unclaimed prize will be forfeited. One (1) winner will be notified on or before June 30, 2010 via phone or email. This contest is valid only to Process and Sanitary Graco Inc. sales employees and Graco Distributors world wide and is void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. The fair market value of the prize is considered income to the winner. All federal, state and local taxes related to the prizes awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Graco Inc. may be required to report prize winnings to the Internal Revenue Service. One (1) entry per person. Immediate family members of Graco Inc or its subsidiaries, Graco Distributors or Graco Sales Representative Agencies (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible for entry. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in printing. No Purchase Necessary. Illegible entries and those not in compliance with these contest terms and conditions (including providing all required information) will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for submissions, entries, claims or notices, which are lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or postage due or for lost or stolen entries or events out of sponsor’s control. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value.
