The SaniForce 3150 bin evacuation system (BES) evacuates viscous products from their original 300-gallon containers without dilutioning the material.  Standard with an inflatable ram plate seal, the BES allows a quick replacement of the empty container. An all-pneumatic version is available for applications that do not require metering or batch control and an electronic version is available for those applications that do.

  • Equipped with two pumps and flow rates up to 100 gpm each
  • Maximum fluid pressure of 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa)
  • Eliminates the need for booster pumps
  • Evacuation times of less than 5 minutes for most materials
