Precision shot meter (PSM) dispenses 0.01 to 25 cc shots of one component industrial sealant with +/- 1 percent repeatability.
An innovative fluid path and robust construction make this meter and dispense system ideal for thermal management, bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, gasketing, hemming and vibration damping applications.
- Supply pump feed has a first-in-first-out (FIFO) fluid path with zero dead zones, where material can accumulate and clog the system.
- Ceramic (CER) construction withstands high wear applications of abrasive fillers of different viscosities.
- PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and I/O (input/output) communication protocols integrate with robots, automated work cells and data tracking systems.
