38 mm (1-1/2 inch) air-operated double diaphragm sanitary pump with flow rates up to 341 lpm (90 gpm) – ideal for food-related applications
SaniForce 3150 3A Double Diaphragm Pump:
- Pumps up to 341 lpm (90 gallons per minute)
- Pump rotates 360° for easy draining
- Certified by 3A for dairy applications
- Featuring our lube free, non-sticking air valve
- Transfer product from a variety of containers to smaller receptacles – up to 15,000 cps
- Suitable to pump products such as: flowable sour cream, yoghurt and flowable cheese spreads
Designed to detect leaks!
- Electronic leak detector is standard on 3A models
- Designed to detect leaks caused when a diaphragm fails
- Sounds a built-in audio alarm and signals external shut down of the pump to prevent damage
- Uses an optical and conductivity sensor to ensure the utmost reliability
- Powered by either 24V or 110/220V
EPDM Overmoulded Diaphragms:
- Approved for 3A applications
- Easy cleaning with smooth, flat surfaces and no recessed areas
- No exposed diaphragm plates to reduce contaminant collection
