Direct current (DC) circulation pump with intelligent (i) control drives efficiency and sustainability in high volume industrial paint systems. The 4-ball lower’s 2500 cc configuration powers maximum continuous flow rate.
Electric piston pump circulates paints and coatings for automotive manufacturing, as well as architecture, agriculture, transportation and other industries.
- 2.2 kW (3 horse power (HP)) motor is modular, so that it can easily replace existing Graco pneumatic or hydraulic pump motors.
- ATEX, IECEx, JPNEx, CCCEx, and KCS certifications confirm safe operation worldwide.
- Three-phase electric motor has an input voltage of 380 to 480 VAC (volts alternating current).
- Stainless steel (SST) chrome lower is sealed from outside conditions, so that it needs little to no maintenance.
- Wall mount takes so little space that it can fit almost anywhere in a factory paint mix room.
- The DCi Link Communication Module (part number 25X675) requires minimal field wiring to connect to factory PLC (programmable logic controller).
