Graco’s low maintenance and reliable pour foam equipment is designed for open mould pour foam structural and insulation applications. Our polyurethane foam mixing metering systems and mix heads help factories increase line uptimes and reduce overall maintenance costs. Moulding polyurethane in these systems can be done in both closed and open mould polyurethane processing.

INCREASE YOUR POLYURETHANE PROCESSING PRODUCTIVITY
Leverage Graco’s polyurethane foam equipment for high production foam processing applications. Compared to hand mix and pour methods, Graco’s urethane pour foam approach is more efficient (less downtime) and is easier and less costly to maintain. Additionally, the gun’s front head can be quickly disconnected and replaced on the line, increasing production uptime.

Spend Less Time Rebuilding Mix heads
Pour foam guns are more reliable and easier to maintain than traditional impingement mix guns. Pour foam guns can go for up to 10 days before the mix heads must be rebuilt, whereas traditional mix guns need to be rebuilt one to three times every 24-hour period.
