Os dosadores de proporção fixa Hydra-Cat bombeiam com precisão materiais com componentes múltiplos ao acionar duas ou três bombas de deslocamento positivo a partir de um motor pneumático comum. Isso assegura que a taxa de curso longo e a extensão do curso de todas inferiores de bomba sejam idênticas, garantindo dosagens constantes.
Os modelos com duas lowers de tamanho idêntico garantem forças de bombeamento equilibradas, o que previne o desgaste precoce. Os modelos com três lowers de bomba e cilindros de vários tamanhos podem ser selecionados para oferecer uma ampla variedade de proporções de mistura.

When the air pressure to the pump is 60 psi (410 kPa, 4.1 bar) and you are dispensing 1 gal. (3.8 liter) of mixed fluid per minute, air volume used, in cfm, will be about the same as the larger pressure ratio figure of your pump. See instruction manual for pressure ratios of pumps.
