Quick Knockdown Pump for Sanitary Applications
SaniForce 12:1 Sanitary Drum Unloader:
- Evacuation rates of up to 8.5 gpm (32 lpm), running at 60 cpm
- 1,200 psi (83 bar, 8.3 MPa), outlet pressure
- One size follower plate and seal to accommodate straight-sided and tapered drums
- Sanitary flange clamps for quick disassembly
- Available in priming piston version for pumping materials up to 1,000,000 cps, from 55 gallon (208 liter) containers, without diluting the material
- Suitable to pump products such as: fruit paste, heavy peanut butter, caramel, corn syrup, creamy candy filling, tomato paste and cosmetics
Wiper seal:
- FDA-compliant neoprene inflatable ram plate seal
- Faster change-out of empty containers
- Liner guard prevents bags from entering pump
- Evacuation rates up to 99%
