The groundbreaking new QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps rival our high sanitary pumps from a build construction standpoint as they are outfitted with all stainless steel 316L construction with 32 Ra surface finish. These electric pumps come equipped with a leak sensor and are approved and certified by an outside agency for use in 3A applications. From yogurts to ice cream bases and cottage or ricotta cheese to other dairy ingredients, QUANTM 3A hygienic electric pumps are ideal for dairy applications requiring this approval certification. They also are ideal for handling other ingredients that go into those processes like fruit variegates, chocolate syrups, and other flavorings that make your favorite ice creams. The powerful new electric motor delivers up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors and the fast, easy plug-and-play installation allows you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure rework.
