This HydroShield Auto Batch System easily integrates with automatic electrostatic air assist spray guns, so that they safely apply waterborne material in robotic spray booths and automated paint lines.
- Efficiently change colors or jobs with six inlet fluid valves: three for colors and three for flush sequences.
- Use Graco Pro Xp Auto air assist guns to electrostatically spray waterborne coatings.
- Boost high pressure air-assisted spraying with the included Merkur 30:1 pump.
- Refill supply without opening the isolation cabinet by briefly pausing spraying.
