This HydroShield Auto Batch System easily integrates with automatic electrostatic air spray guns, so that they safely apply waterborne material in robotic spray booths and automated paint lines.
- Supply a single automatic electrostatic air spray gun with one fluid regulator.
- Connect to any of these Graco automatic electrostatic applicators: Pro Xp Auto air spray gun, Pro Xpc Auto air spray gun, or ProBell rotary bell atomizer.
- Efficiently change colors or jobs with six inlet fluid valves: three for colors and three for flush sequences.
- Refill supply without opening the isolation cabinet by briefly pausing spraying.
