Jet Priming and Cleaning

• A programmable jet priming routine that ensures all air is removed from the jet chamber, resulting in reliable priming of both low and high viscosity fluids
• Automatic cleaning of the jet nozzle, using a vacuum to remove debris or accumulated material on and around the nozzle tip

Precision Part Location

• Using the standard high-resolution camera, fiducial marks can be taught on the part
• During production, the fiducial finding routine automatically locates the part, calculates any X-Y or rotational offsets, and corrects the position for accurate fluid placement
• Automatic pixel calibration provides vision system accuracy

Fully Programmable Jetting Parameters

• A wide range of drop sizes and jetting speeds are possible to optimize your process window
• Advanced options fine tune the dispensing recipe to accommodate changing fluid characteristics

Repeatable Dispense Gap
