“Made in the USA” is more than a marketing message for Graco – it is what we do every day in our manufacturing facilities here in Rogers, MN and Sioux Falls, SD. In fact, our American roots are only going deeper as we have recently expanded our factory in Rogers from 316,000 square foot size to nearly 800,000 square feet.

When we say manufactured, we mean real manufacturing right within our own American facilities. Selected raw metals and materials arrive at our factory and we cut, machine, grind, hone, and otherwise transform the raw components into the individual parts of the sprayer.
No other spray equipment company retains total control over as many of the individual part manufacturing processes as Graco. While others outsource the manufacturing of a large number of components to third parties, and even outsource subassembly processes in some cases, Graco remains committed to doing nearly all of these activities ourselves and within our own facilities. This is how we can ensure the highest quality and consistency in both performance and life.
We know that the manufacturing of individual components in house and managing as much of the assembly and subassembly process as we do is not the easiest way to build an airless sprayer, but we also know that it is the best.
Making the Made in the USA statement is popular these days. It seems that many companies are trying to find ways to legally claim it.
We don’t make these statements to be popular or trendy. We simply believe that keeping as much of the design, manufacturing, assembly, and support as possible in the USA results in the best products for our customers.
From the industry’s first paint sprayer launched in 1958 to the latest sprayers we offer, our industry-leading technology starts with engineering and designs right here in Rogers, MN. In order to ensure every piece of equipment meets the highest quality, durability and performance standards Graco has set for over 60 years, our engineers use multiple systems and performance tests, including:
The Graco commitment to quality and manufacturing in the USA starts with selecting and working with the highest quality raw metals and materials. Once inside our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we physically transform these materials into the individual Genuine Graco parts and components found in our spray equipment, using sophisticated equipment operated by highly trained and skilled American workers.
Instead of basic modular assembly, our unrelenting focus on maintaining control during all aspects of our manufacturing process helps make sure we deliver the highest quality products for hard-working professional contractors that rely on them to get the job done right, every day.
The Graco spirit of leading innovation found in our sprayers is also a large part of our assembly process. Once the raw materials are transformed within our facilities into the individual Genuine Graco parts and components, these components are then assembled into the sprayers by another group of skilled American workers using precision fixtures and calibrated tools. To further ensure our commitment to providing industry-leading quality, performance and durability, every sprayer is 100% fully-tested at the end-of-the-line before being packaged for shipment.
Graco’s mission to provide A+ Customer Service is a major part of our global commitment to quality. From our tech assistance and customer support teams to our online parts and dealer support systems, all of our interactions and experiences are guided by a focus on integrity and partnerships, not transactions.Instead of basic modular assembly, our unrelenting focus on maintaining control during all aspects of our manufacturing process helps make sure we deliver the highest quality products for hard-working professional contractors that rely on them to get the job done right, every day.
At Graco, we manufacture most of our airless sprayers from supply that is virtually entirely American. The rest of Graco’s airless sprayers incorporate specialized globally sourced components, such as a Honda® engine on Graco’s GMAX gas sprayers, but are otherwise manufactured in the USA. Graco’s combining of our American manufactured sprayers with select best-in-class components such as Honda engines results in the highest quality airless sprayers ever made.
