How to Fix an Irregular Spray Pattern

- An irregular or U-shaped pattern can be produced by a dirty or plugged air cap. This can result in uneven coverage and poorly blended finishes.
- These patterns also tend to decrease cap cleanliness, creating the need for frequent cleaning.
- After you have cleaned the air cap and tip, check to insure that the irregular or U-shaped pattern issue has been resolved.
