Larger Volume and Adhesive Material Flexibility

InvisiPac HM50 Hot Melt System

The InvisiPac HM50 is designed with a larger melting chamber to provide a higher melt rate (50 lb/hr) to support high-use packaging lines with larger production volumes.

For end-of-line packaging applications that use adhesive material other than pellets, the HM50 is able to process other forms of adhesives such as Chicklets, Pastilles, mini-Pastilles and harder to melt adhesives.

Benefits:

  • 15 min start up time
  • Connection for 6 zones
  • Integrated material tracking
  • USB download of operating data, errors and event history
  • Quantitatively analyze machine performance to improve preventative maintenance and reduce downtime
  • Auto shut-off capability after user defined idle time
  • 50lb; 22,6 kg/hour melt rate
