XM series ensures accurate ratio control for flawless application of tough plural-component materials, ideal for marine, bridge, rail, and wind energy projects. Advanced sensors allow pumps to compensate for pressure fluctuations, resulting in accurate, on-ratio mixing for better yield and less waste. In case of irregularities, the machine automatically shuts off before an off-ratio situation can even occur. Easily configurable for your needs, it guarantees precise mixing at the manifold, delivering consistent results every time.
Easy To Use Controls
The XM features an intuitive user interface with two display modes: "Setup" for entering parameters and "Run" for everyday operation. It monitors pressure, temperature, and flow, and allows programming of maintenance schedules. A conveniently located USB port enables easy access and downloading of historical spraying data.

Only the parts that come in contact with mixed material must be cleaned after the job. Instead of flushing out an entire pump system that contains mixed material, you only need to flush the static mix tube and hose to the gun. Reduced cleaning time means you save labor costs and increase uptime.

XM PFP variable ratio sprayers ensure consistent results in intumescent fireproofing applications through advanced technology and precise ratio control. Simply enter the mix ratios into the control panel. If off-ratio conditions should occur, the system will stop production, preventing any off-ratio material from reaching your project.
Data Reporting
For confidence that the job was done right project data such as spray pressures, temperatures, actual ratio, and total flow output can be downloaded onto a flash drive. With this data, you can verify that materials were sprayed at the proper ratios and requirements set by the coatings manufacturer.
Consistent Temperature Control
The XM PFP Sprayer maintains temperature set points of the hose and materials - no more heater adjustments and no more material charring due to overheating. Closed-loop technology adjusts the heaters to achieve optimum spray performance in the most extreme conditions.
