I dosatori Hydra-Cat a rapporto fisso pompano con precisione materiali multicomponente alimentando due o tre pompanti positivi mediante un normale motore pneumatico. Questo garantisce che la velocità e la lunghezza della corsa di tutti gli abbassatori della pompa siano identiche, fornendo un dosaggio costante.
I modelli con due abbassatori di misura identica forniscono forze di pompaggio bilanciate che impediscono l’usura prematura della guarnizione. I modelli con tre abbassatori della pompa e cilindri di varie misure possono essere scelti per fornire un’ampia gamma di rapporti di miscelazione.
