Graco’s SaniForce Large Particle Electric Operated Double Diaphragm pumps reduce energy consumption up to 5 times compared to traditional air-operated diaphragm pumps. They provide the same great self-priming, stalling, seal-less design coveted by air operated pumps in an electric package that can solve many of the problems associated with rotary positive displacement pumps. Graco's patented air-charged center all but eliminates pulsation on the fluid outlet of the pump providing a smooth steady flow idea for in process applications, filling systems, and sanitary/hygienic applicator applications.
How it works?
Different than an air-operated diaphragm pump this pump uses an electric drive instead of compressed air to move the diaphragms. The center section is filled with pressurized air and is mechanically moved left/right by the motor, pushing and pulling the diaphragms from left to right. This back-and-forth motion, forces liquid out of one chamber into the outlet manifold, while filling the opposite fluid chamber via the inlet manifold
