Meet the new Electric King

The King has been the industry's favourite for over 60 years. The new King electric airless sprayer combines benefit of a traditional pneumatic airless sprayer (e.g. the robust ATEX design, simple maintenance and power) with those of an electric unit (e.g. energy cost savings, eliminating icing problems and noise reduction).

The King electric airless sprayer operates on a reliable and convenient electric power source. This reduces jobsite inefficiencies that are usually associated with air compressors. Electrical technology also reduces pulsation, prevents motor icing, and much more. This ensures your coating jobs will run smoothly, every single time.

Electric power

  • No need for an air compressor - Avoid inefficiencies associated with compressors.
  • Environmentally friendly - Contribute to a cleaner energy future.
  • Consistent Quality - Less pulsation to have perfect results, every single time.
e-king-logo-cost-savingsCost savings
  • Improved efficiency - Improved efficiency and an overall lower cost of ownership.
  • Energy savings - Saves up to 80% of energy costs when compared to an air operated sprayer.*
  • High productivity - Stay productive by using the most reliable power source available – electricity!
attex-approvedATEX approved
  • ATEX, IECEX, and Class 1, DIV. 1 Approvals - Allowed to work in any location where generating a spark is of concern.
  • Safe operation - Get the job done safely: approved for hazardous locations.
  • Spray solvent-based coatings - Protect yourself against the risks from hazardous solvents.

User comfort

  • Plug in & Spray – Easy to use and connect, runs on widely available 240V/16A or 110V/25A power
  • Quite electric motor - When compared to an air motor, the King sprayer is up to five times quieter.
  • No more icing - By eliminating the need for an air motor, it is possible to avoid all icing problems.

*Study completed on pump pressure of 241 bar (3500 psi) for 20 hours/week; spraying 1226 L (324 gal) of 73% volume solids epoxy with XHD519 tip

“It doesn’t fluctuate like air pumps do. It’s much more consistent and always has a good pattern regardless of which tip you use.”
