Graco Named A Top Minnesota Workplace 2013
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – For the fourth year in a row, Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune, ranking 14th in the large publicly held companies category.
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section was published Sunday, June 16 and can be found at StarTribune.com/topworkplaces2013. The section recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on an employee survey about company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The analysis included responses from over 64,300 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 1,900 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee surveys.
