Hydra-Catblandare med fasta förhållanden pumpar med precision flerkomponentsmaterial genom att köra två eller tre positiva deplacementspumpar från en gemensam luftmotor. Detta garanterar att slagtakten och slaglängden i alla pumpunderdelar är identiska, vilket ger en konstant blandning.

Modeller med två storleksmässigt identiska underdelar ger balanserad pumpkraft som förhindrar för tidigt packningsslitage. Modeller med tre pumpunderdelar och cylindrar i varierande storlekar kan väljas för att ge en bred variation på blandningsförhållanden.

When the air pressure to the pump is 60 psi (410 kPa, 4.1 bar) and you are dispensing 1 gal. (3.8 liter) of mixed fluid per minute, air volume used, in cfm, will be about the same as the larger pressure ratio figure of your pump. See instruction manual for pressure ratios of pumps.
