- The LCD screen provides a detailed view of pump status and operation. Alarm screens include troubleshooting tips and a QR code links to the G3 Education Center for Training-on-Demand. Bright LEDs with a nearly 180 degree viewing angle allow users to confirm pump status from a distance.
- A low level indicator provides a low warning and shut-down alarm
- Manual run initiates lube cycle on-demand (remote option also available)
- Password protection of safeguards settings
- The pre-lube function can initiate lube cycle on start-up
- One pump works with either a cycle switch or pressure sensor for custom installations and feedback. Cycle input is compatible with PNP, NPN, and dry contact switches; Pressure input is compatible with analogue transducers/sensors and normally open switches.
- Machine count input - ideally suited for inconsistently used equipment.
- The new CPC-7 utilises the same circular plastic connector (CPC) as other G3 pump, but now with all seven pins populated with input and output functions: ◦ Connections for a tri-colour remote manual run and an LED push-button in CPC, (similar to CPC-5 on the EGJ and G-mini controller pumps) ◦ Two alarm output signal wires: one for low level and one for system alarm Access to I/O features is dependent on selection of external wiring harness (power cord)
- Compatible with normally open vent valves - this simplifies pump programming, with the added benefit of venting whenever the pump is not running.
