Product Description:

CARCLAD FD UNDERCOATER is a fast drying, non-fi bered asphalt emulsion designed for use on underbodies of trucks, trailers, buses, and RVs. It is formulated using selected mineral fi llers and emulsifi ed asphalts that yield low VOC and provide excellent protection to guard against corrosion on steel surfaces and other substrates. CarClad FD Undercoater is water based, nonfl ammable, and presents no hazards from open fl ame or welding in the work area.

The following is a guide. Changes in pressures and tip sizes may be needed for proper spray characteristics. Always purge spray equipment before use with listed reducer. Any reduction must be compliant with existing VOC regulations and compatible with the existing environmental and application conditions.

• Protection of transportation equipment underbodies
• General corrosion protection over various surfaces, metal parts, or where a moisture barrier is needed
