Advanced precision flow control solution for electronics assembly is ideal for bonding, potting, sealing, gasketing and thermal management applications.
- Patented first-in-first-out (FIFO) fluid path eliminates dead zones, where material can accumulate.
- I/O (input/output) communication protocols provide seamless integration with robots, automated work cells and data tracking systems.
- Ceramic (CER) metering tube withstands high wear applications of thermal interface material (TIM), other fillers and different viscosities.
