The precision shot meter (PSM) dispenses one component industrial sealants with +/- 1 percent repeatability. The shot size ranges from 0.2 to 50 cc per shot.
An innovative fluid path and robust construction make this meter and dispense system ideal for thermal management, bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, gasketing, hemming, and vibration damping applications.
- The supply pump feed has a patented first-in-first-out (FIFO) fluid path with zero dead zones, where material could accumulate and clog the system.
- The ceramic (CER) construction withstands high wear applications of abrasive fillers of different viscosities.
- I/O (input/output) communication protocols integrate with robots, automated work cells, and data tracking systems.

- An iQ-B ball seat valve is recommended for standard open/close applications of thin materials with low restriction and wear resistance.
