    The compact and easy-to-use booth control provides a safe and efficient way to control recipe, pressure and colour changes, all from inside the spray booth. No need to lose time or switch off the system for simple changes.
  • Monitor your systems to improve your mixing process
    Make the operator’s life simpler thanks to easy-to-navigate screens that guide users through operation, setup and troubleshooting. The ProMix PD provides real-time data on system parameters to help you avoid costly errors. You can access all the data through a PLC or download it using the USB port to optimise processes or make improvements.

    Depending on the available space, you can opt for a mix-at-the-belt system, which gives the operator more autonomy to move around, or a mix-at-the-wall system, which offers more flexibility in terms of colour changes and waste reduction, among other things. Do you have several operators working in the same environment? The PD Dual Mix unit does the job of two systems for maximum production flexibility. Control two guns in one booth at the same time or control two painters in two separate booths with the option to use one or both mix units, depending on production needs or maintenance schedules.     Faster colour change means increased throughput and productivity. The ability to load multiple guns on one system means that colour change time can be eliminated. Does your application require multiple colours and catalysts? We’ve got you covered: the ProMix PD system can manage up to 30 colours and four catalysts thanks to the optional colour change module and its corresponding valve stacks.
  • Reduce material waste and optimise your flushing process
    The ProMix PD comes with a hose bundle that conveniently combines multiple coloured hoses – for solvents, catalysts, colours and air – in a single hose connected to the booth. This way, the mixing point can be moved much closer to the spray gun and the flushing zone is limited to a minimum. The flushing process is further optimised by customisable flushing recipes that use air and solvent chop (short bursts of air or solvent to flush the system) through the pump. This reduces solvent usage during flushing and reduces the time required to fully flush the pump.
  • Experience unmatched accuracy and smooth flow rates
    The ProMix PD can operate up to four different pumps, dispense different chemistries and manage multiple applicators on the same system. Because dose pumps are not sensitive to wear, they are an excellent way to prevent material slippage, ensuring an incomparable mixing accuracy within 1%. As seals can be replaced in the field in minutes, the pumps’ maintenance cost is very low compared to gear pump technologies.

The ProMix positive displacement technology  gives the unique ability to deliver a constant fluid flow rate and pressure, regardless of fluid properties. This feature allows the pump to stall under pressure. Constant pressure is guaranteed by preset values, which prevents misadjusting by operators and eliminates the need for regulators in the mixed material fluid stream. Additionally, the constant pressure level allows for a fast response to changing conditions.
