  • Sometimes referred as fogging, overspray or dry spray, these patterns reduce transfer efficiencies and decrease booth cleanliness, due to over atomization. These patterns also tend to decrease cap cleanliness, creating the need for frequent cleaning. 
  • Turning down the atomizing air pressure can eliminate this problem

- Too high of fluid pressure
- Incorrect tip size
