Precision shot meter (PSM) dispenses one component industrial sealants with +/- 1 percent repeatability. Shot size ranges from 0.2 to 50 cc per shot.
An innovative fluid path and robust construction make this meter and dispense system ideal for thermal management, bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, gasketing, hemming and vibration damping applications.
- Supply pump feed has a patented first-in-first-out (FIFO) fluid path with zero dead zones, where material can accumulate and clog the system.
- Ceramic (CER) construction withstands high wear applications of abrasive fillers of different viscosities.
- I/O (input/output) communication protocols integrate with robots, automated work cells and data tracking systems.
- For PROFINET integration, order part number 2000361 communications gateway module kit. For Ethernet/IP integration, order CGM kit 2000362.
- iQ-B Ball Seat valve is recommended for standard open/close applications of thin materials with low restriction and wear resistance.
