Graco's SaniForce 1590, 38 mm (1.5-inch) air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump provides a hygienic solution for customers needing to pump flow rates up to 397.5 lpm (105 gpm). It offers a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a low cost of ownership.
Ideal for the food processing and personal care markets. Common applications include the high volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or the repackaging of fluids from the original container to smaller receptacles. Suitable for pumping such products as: flavourings, purées, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials.
- 38 mm (1.5 inch) sanitary pump with flow rates up to 397.5 lpm (105 gpm) and pressures up to 8 bar (120 psi)
- The seal-less diaphragm pump design eliminates leaking and failures due to run-dry pump conditions
- Graco double diaphragm pumps stall under pressure, which prevents pump failures from clogged lines or closed valves
- Externally serviceable air valves deliver leading efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Equipped with inlet and outlet tri-clamp connections, which offer a quick knock-down design for easy cleaning and a swift maintenance process
- EPDM overmoulded diaphragm design reduces areas that harbour bacteria while improving wear and diaphragm life with no exposed diaphragm plate on the fluid side
- Equipped with a leak sensor to notify users when processes may be compromised
- 316 L stainless steel wetted section
- All fluid contact materials are FDA-Compliant and meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21
- Pass solids up to 12.7 mm (0.5 in.)
