SaniForce Elevators
Graco's SaniForce Elevators can evacuate low to medium viscosity products from their original containers without diluting or heating the contents. Ideal for small to medium sized companies that currently unload less than two containers per hour by either scooping or dumping, SaniForce Elevators are designed to lower pumps into and lift pumps out of drums, bins, and totes for a safer, cleaner, and more ergonomical alternative.
For Medium Viscosity Materials
- Designed to lower pumps into and lift pumps out of drums, bins, and totes
- Can be used with SaniForce 2:1, 5:1, and 6:2 ball check piston pumps for flow rates up to 53 lpm (14 gpm)
- Mobile and stationary options available
- Ideal for transferring materials such as fruit juice concentrates, cream fillings, condiments and dressings, flowable lotions, cosmetics, and more
Can be used with SaniForce 2:1, 5:1, and 6:1 ball check piston pumps
- Flow rates range from 5.5 to 50 lpm (1.5 to 14 gpm).
Air controls housed in wash down enclosure.
Easily position the pump with articulating arm.
FDA-compliant stainless steel design for sanitary applications.
Mobile unit fits around a standard pallet. Stationary units available with base plate mounted to the floor.
