Configurations

Graco’s ProBell series comes in three configurations that cover any possible robot or reciprocator set-up. All models are safe to use, easy to service and flexible.

• Hollow Wrist Robot
  The hollow wrist robot model makes maintenance easy with a quick disconnect plate that allows you to remove the applicator from the robot without touching the hose connections. The applicator’s tubing goes through the hollow wrist to prevent it moving around during the painting process.

• Solid Wrist Robot
  This compact model weighs in at 4 kg (9 lb) with electrostatics and 3.1 kg (6.9 lb) without. It is mounted in a fixed position.

• Reciprocator or Fixed Mount
  This model is used for reciprocators or fixed mounts. Thanks to its lightweight design, it can also be used for lower payload set-ups.

Bell cups

The ProBell’s bell cups are optimised for superior spraying with a variety of pattern sizes and flow rates. They are available in two aluminium finishes (including high wear for abrasive materials) or in a composite construction. Every bell cup is tested and delivered with a certificate indicating the spray pattern size. The precision-balanced cups meet stringent Graco requirements so you can be assured of the product’s quality.

• Smooth edge cup
  The smooth edge cup has optimum durability and works well for many metallics.

• Serrated bell cup
  The serrated cup edge has equally spaced axial grooves that act as channels for paint flow. This produces uniform particles – ideal for atomising difficult material like clear coatings.
