EFR Selector Guide
The Electric Fixed Ratio (EFR) is an electrically driven proportioner for two component sealants and adhesives.
Determine your configuration needs in five steps.

Add inlet regulator kits
Optional feature.
It is recommended that you install regulators on the inlets of your Z-Pumps for consistent operation in changing environments and material conditions. The assembly numbers below only include a single regulator, so if you need both Z-Pumps to have a regulator, order a quantity of two.

The dispensing valve you choose depends on your material and application needs.
A) The MD2 valve is the most common offering for 2K sealants and adhesives with a single-actin opening/closing. It has options for different ratio ranges and speciality coatings.
B) The Voltex valve is for dynamic mixing of materials that require the added kinetic energy for proper reactions most commonly found in foaming materials.
Some of the following accessories are required for certain valves. There are also other optional accessories that are used in complex applications and when dispensing difficult materials.
A) MD2 valve for static mixing and recirculation as an option.

Please use the Voltex manual to check that you have all the parts and accessories you need for your application. For example orifice kits, pressure transducers and tip valve kits.

Choosing spare parts to keep on hand is an important decision to make as part of your facility’s operational needs.
The primary wear parts of the EFR are contained in the Z-Pumps and the dispense valve you have chosen.

To meet even more stringent zero downtime goals, Graco recommends keeping spare Z-Pumps and dispensing valves on hand for quick change-outs without a rebuild. Simply increase the quantity of Z-Pumps or dispense valves you are ordering to keep these on the shelf and ready for use.
