Product BrochureUpgrade your existing air-operated pumps with a reliable new QUANTM i80 electric pump or spec. it as part of a greenfield facility initiative. With a 38.1 mm (1 1/2 IN) port and maximum flow rate of 300 litres per minute and a powerful new FluxCore 3-phase motor and drive that provides up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors, the i80 is capable of handling most fluid transfer jobs to be the efficient workhorse you need on your production lines. Plus, it is the fast and easy plug-and-play installation — you simply plug it into any 240V outlet — and it allows you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure rework.
- A wide operating range and materials compatibility — it handles abrasives, solids, aggressive chemicals and shear-sensitive materials
- Up to 80% more efficient than AODD, 50% more efficient compared to competitive electric technologies—displacing fossil fuel, hydraulics and air power
- The unique high-torque density design displaces gears, belts and chains to minimise weight/size and replaces a copper “rat’s nest” with a simple, low-resistance circular coil and steel stator to drive efficiencies and reduce maintenance complexity
- The FluxCore drive module control includes a simple knob that adjusts the pump speed, LED indicating status and trouble codes, and software required for pump operation
- A similar size to an existing AODD; removal of the gearbox reduces the footprint compared to other electric options
- The self-priming and seal-less design that minimises maintenance and spare parts costs
- The only electric diaphragm pump on the market that stalls under pressure, eliminating the need for pressure sensors and additional controllers and reducing downtime by preventing pump failures caused by clogged lines or closed valves
- Leak sensor (optional)
