Automatic air spray gun brings all-star performance to many industrial finishing applications, including automotive, industrial metal and plastic components, wood products and architectural structures.
- Conventional is the most widely used air spray method, producing Class A automotive finish quality.
- General industry air caps and nozzles produce a uniform, high quality spray pattern with low atomising pressure.
- Patented spray pattern alignment and pathing tool ensures accurate and repeatable spray angle. It is easily attached and detached from the gun to keep production moving.
- One piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime.
- Small and light size does not weigh down or wear out robot arms, reciprocators or flat line machines.
- Direct stainless steel fluid path cuts the amount of solvent needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
