Outdoor roads, car parks, boarding & storage areas: LineLazer V®

When working outside doing all kinds of line marking such as lines, numbers or patterns, in one or many colours, your best option is one of the units from the LineLazer range, including both mechanical and hydraulical units.

  • Look into the mechanical walk-behind LineLazer V 5900, which offers very good productivity for mid- to heavy-duty line marking. You can combine this model with a LineDriver® ride-on system.
  • Looking for the workhorse in this range? Then consider the hydraulic walk-behind LineLazer V 200HS, perfect for the most demanding jobs that require precise lines but also demand reflective beads. Graco also has a dual-colour version of this unit: the LineLazer V 200DC gets the job done faster as it offers two units in one. These models can also be combined with a LineDriver ride-on system.
  • Another unit that’s very well suited to heavy-duty line marking jobs like car parks and roads is the LineLazer V 250SPS. Unlike the previous model, this is a ride-on. It also comes in a dual-colour version, the LineLazer V 250DC, useful for simultaneously applying three lines and two colours.
  • For high-quality MMA line marking, you should consider the LineLazer V 200MMA 1:1 unit or the ride-on LineLazer V 250MMA 98:2 unit. Where the former eliminates the need for solvents using a gun purged with compressed air, the latter comes with on-board solvent flushing capabilities.

Though they are ideal for indoor use, they are perfect for outdoor line marking jobs as well! Choose between a standard LineLazer ES 1000 and a more performant LineLazer V ES 2000. They can both be combined with an electrically driven LineDriver ES ride-on system which enables more accurate lining due to ExactMil for speed control and low vibration.

Taxiways & runways: RoadLazer™ RoadPak™

When you’re looking for a heavy-duty high-mileage unit for endless line marking of taxiways and runways, you might want to think a level up in terms of power and capacity. That’s where RoadPak comes in. The truck-mounted RoadPak system is a complete modular set-up with several options that you can combine to fit your specific needs.

The RoadPak HD system offers a double output compared to the RoadPak and comes with up to five paint guns and five bead guns

Line marking removal: GrindLazer®

Surfaces might need some preliminary scarifying before you can start the line marking work, e.g. rubber or paint removal. We advise using the GrindLazer for paint removal on taxiways and runways. The grinder can be combined with a LazerVac™ to prevent debris being left on the tarmac. The GrindLazer can also be used for paint removal on car parks and roads.
