Maintenance Schedule

  • Flush the system.
  • Perform pressure relief procedure.
  • Clean the hopper with a scrub pad.
    • Clean the outside of the sprayer with a cloth and water.
  • Check pump for wear and damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary.
  • Check seals for wear and damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary.
  • Check hoses for wear and damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary.
  • Check couplings for wear and damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary.
  • Check cables for wear and damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary.
  • Grease seals daily via the grease fitting located on the motor flange.
    • Use water resistant, corrosion inhibited grease.
