The unique carbon fibre construction of this pressure feed air spray gun lightens the load for industrial painters. At 209 grams (7.4 ounces), the Stellair ACE is up to 50 percent lighter than almost any other manual sprayer. Also lightweight are the 6 foot (2 meter) air and fluid swivel hoses that flexibly move with you in a spray booth or along a paint line.
Whether you are a custom shop or high volume factory, Stellair ACE brings all-star atomisation, carbon fibre construction and ergonomics to metal, plastic, and wood finishing.
- Hoses with swivel attachments move with you at any angle, preventing tripping and injury.
- The one piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime.
- The direct fluid path means little solvent is needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
- The air cap stays clean while delivering atomisation that results in industry leading finish quality.
