With a 20 Ra surface finish and 316L construction, the ground-breaking new QUANTM electric-operated double diaphragm (EODD) pumps are the ideal solution for pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing facilities focused on meeting sustainability goals. These pharma-grade pumps offer a full electropolished finish and can be configured with USP Class VI approval to meet certification requirements for pharmaceutical applications, such as bio-pharmaceuticals, medical lotions and creams, organic reagent and blood products, as well as alcohol and solvent transfer. The powerful new FluxCore motors deliver up to 8x more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors and the fast, easy plug-and-play installation allows you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure rework.
