SaniForce 515 Double Diaphragm Pump
- 25.4 mm (1 in.) Tri-clamp connection
- All fluid contact materials are FDA-Compliant and meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21
- Fluid pressure to 7 bar, 0.7 MPa (100 psi)
- Flow rates of 56.7 lpm (15 gpm)
- Applications include high volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging of fluids from original container to smaller receptacles - up to 10,000 cps
- Suitable to pump products like: flavourings, purees, sauces and other low to medium viscosity materials
SaniForce 515 Drum Siphon Kit
- Great for quickly unloading 208 litre (55 gallon) drums of low to medium viscosity materials
The SaniForce 515 Drum Kit (Graco part # 262828) comes standard with:
- 316 SST drum length suction tube
- 316 SST mounting bracket
- 316 SST bung adapter
- 316 SST tri-clamp clamps (2)
- FDA-compliant gaskets
PTFE/EPDM Overmoulded Diaphragms
- Overmoulded diaphragm plate with PTFE on the fluid side and EPDM on the air side on Graco's PTFE/EPDM diaphragms so there's no place to harbour bacteria
- Improve wear and diaphragm life with no exposed diaphragm plate on the fluid side
- Longer diaphragm life in abrasive applications that still require PTFE
- Available on the SaniForce 515, 1040, 1590, 2150 and SaniForce HS 1590 and 3150
