High wear packing, carbide needle and carbide nozzle tip are strengthened to effectively apply abrasive materials.
- Conventional is the traditional air spray method, producing Class A, automotive finish quality.
- High solids air cap maintains high throughput while spraying ultra violet (UV) coatings and abrasive materials.
- High wear air cap maintains high throughput while spraying ultra violet (UV) coatings and other abrasive material with high solids and low volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- Even balance, light weight, and easy trigger pull help reduce fatigue and muscle strain.
- One piece fluid cartridge can be removed and replaced so quickly that it nearly eliminates maintenance related downtime.
- Direct stainless steel fluid path means little solvent is needed to flush the gun, reducing VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
