Solutions for Micro Dispensing

Micro dispensing refers to dispensing extremely small amount of material for thermal management, bonding, sealing or potting. Often this is seen in semiconductor chips, or micro electronic mechanical systems (MEMS). 

Bead size can range as small as a few dozens of microns, equivalent to the width of a human hair, to just under a millimeter in diameter. High volume production and razor thin margins for error make accuracy and precision of dispense critical to quality control.
