The Henkel Loctite® Ablestik 84-11LMISR4 is an electrically conductive die attach silver epoxy adhesive that has been formulated for use in high throughput, automated die attach equipment. This material is most widely used in the semiconductor industry and has excellent dispensability and minimal tailing or stringing.
