For applications that require abrasive, metallic, and extremely abrasive materials – often used to coat extruded aluminum and automotive components
- An electrostatic (ES) on/off with a fixed fluid valve extends electrode and nozzle life.
- More durable electrodes and nozzles extend applicator life.
- No fluid adjustment knob eliminates reducing fluid flow at the gun, requiring a regulator to change fluid flow.
- Durable, high conductivity (HC) tube improves longevity when spraying low resistivity materials.
