How to Fix Orange Peel

    An orange peel looking finish is produced when the paint coverage is too thick or too much atomization air is being used.

    Graco air caps are designed to deliver the proper amount of air to a specific material. 

    Decrease the atomizing air or test a different air cap to improve the finish appearance.

    Decreasing the tip orifice size can also help improve this condition.
