EFR Selector Guide
The Electric Fixed Ratio (EFR) is an electrically driven proportioner for two component sealants and adhesives.
Determine your configuration needs in three steps.
These base systems are meant to cover the most common applications you may need. They include:
- The electric motors to power the system’s pumps
- The transformer of 480volt if needed
Note: These base systems DO NOT include the Z-Pumps. These must be selected separately and installed after delivery.

Add Fitting Kit
One fitting kit is needed for each EFR, it has the necessary parts for both pumps and their respective inlet and outlet ports.

Add Inlet Regulator Kit
Optional Feature.
It is recommended that you install regulators on the inlets of your Z-Pumps for consistent operation changing environments and material conditions.

The Z-Pumps selected will set the ratio of the machine.
For example, if you select 80cc and 40cc pumps, this is a 2:1 ratio.
The total pump volume should not exceed 160cc (A+B), or else working pressure will be limited.
The below pump sizes are kept in stock and ready to ship. More sizes are available in the Z-Pumps parts & repair manual; S1/3/4 manual and S8 manual.

The dispensing valve you choose depends on your material and application needs.
A) The MD2 Valve is the most common offering for 2K sealants and adhesives with a single-acting opening/closing and options for different ratio ranges, and specialty coatings.
B) The Voltex Valve is for dynamic mixing of materials that require the added kinetic energy for proper reactions; most commonly found in foaming materials.
Some of the below accessories are required for certain valves while there are other optional accessories that are used in complex applications and when dispensing difficult materials.
A) MD2 valve for static mixing and recirculation as an option.
