Tank-Free™ system delivers hot melt adhesive on-demand for case and carton sealing applications.
- Two channels can each connect to a Plug-Free™ applicator and heated hose, producing quick, precise adhesive dispense.
- In-line melter has an output dispense 50 lb (22 kg) per hour and can reach operating temperature in 10 minutes – the quickest start-up time for any packaging line.
- Proprietary melt-on-demand technology maintains a continuous flow of adhesive. Less time at high temperature means more uptime and little maintenance-related downtime.
- Integrated automatic vacuum feed system saves labor costs by automatically pulling adhesive pellets from a drum or bulk container.
- No exposure to molten hot melt adhesive improves operator safety by reducing burn hazard risks.
- Intuitive user interface tracks adhesive consumption and simplifies troubleshooting with USB downloadable operating data, errors and event history.
