Electric Drive

The electric driver powers high cycle rates without icing up.

It also provides real-time, integrated, closed-loop flow control. With real-time flow control strategies, systems can be designed and controlled to deliver only the energy needed for the application process.

Pumps and Pump Lowers

Pump styles and lowers include Check-Mate® and Dura-Flo® options. The proven technology consistently delivers fluid pressures of up to 6,000 psi and volumes from 100 to 500 cc.

For applications involving highly abrasive materials, use pumps and lowers with Elite construction.

  • With wear-resistant seals and surfaces, Elite Check-Mate Pumps can last 170 times longer than standard equipment.*
  • 100 cc Check-Mate lowers with Elite construction can deliver 51,000 gallons (194,000 liters) of highly abrasive material across more than 1 million cycles.*

*Data verified when pumping representative thermal interface material (TIM).

Real-time Performance Data

Smart machine capabilities allow engineers access to real-time data for performance information. This includes:

  • Cycle rates
  • Electric and fluid power usage
  • Pressure
  • Material usage
  • System maintenance measurements and forecasts

Choose Elite construction for applications of highly abrasive thermal interface materials (TIMs), silicones, urethanes, and epoxies. When your system configuration includes pumps and valves with Elite construction, you can expect to…

  • dispense at least 50,000 gallons (200,000 liters) before noticing any wear on pump pistons and cylinders*
  • get at least 10 times more equipment life, compared to standard systems*

How do we know? Read the research.

* Results may vary. Variables affecting component life include, but are not limited to, material chemistry/fillers, flow rate, cycle rate, maintenance diligence, and system pressure.
